ABCD Of Life

  This post is about what all things that is necessary in life or what all things define life. If we master these things or control these things then we can become a better person.

1.ASSOCIATION 

    It has been said that you are the image of your friends you spend time with. Now the question arises what is  the importance of association in ones life. Association of good people is necessary who can push you towards your goals, who can motivate you when you going down otherwise it is better to live alone, then you will get more time for yourself and to introspect in your life. It is written in power of habit if you want to change your bad habits you have to embedded in social group that made a change easier or just one person who make change believable. At last don't chill with them if you cant build with them. 


2.BOOKS

    Books are man's best friend. There are hundreds of articles about the importance of books. You need to start looking at books as mentor, not just entertainment or educational resource. Treat them just like you would an in-person mentor. Some of the greatest mentor are no longer alive. But they are there in your local library or available for practically free on Amazon for just a few dollars, you have a network of mentors at your finger tips.


3.CONCENTRATION

    It defines the mindfulness of oneself. Concentration is not just limited to meditation where you have to focus on meditation or some other things. Whatever things you do be 100% present in them or do it with full concentration. No procrastination or mind boggling. Follow the principle of deep work to focus on things which you are not interested.


4.DIET

   Its been said that hunger is the first element in self discipline, if you can control what you eat and drink, you can control everything else. Diet plays a major role in life. So many people are suffering from diabetes, cholesterol,obesity. The fast food people are eating is not food but garbage. Be careful what you eat it is either fighting the disease or feeding it.
Your diet is not only what you eat. Its what you watch, what you listen to, what you read, the people you hang around. Be mindful of the things you put into your body emotionally, spiritually and physically.
